Inclusive growth is very essential because it reflects on the overall growth and economic development of our country.

JNPA has been keenly involved in rebuilding the lives of PAPs and at the same time providing support for development to the nearby villages and townships through many social objective projects. Providing livelihood through employment is one way to achieve financial stability and scope for growth for the community and JNPA has been working closely with the government to address the ‘lack of skill’ among the employable population in the local community. They also launched, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra initiative which will be providing best-in-class skill development centres running industry-driven courses. JNPA Signed MoU with CIDCO and All Cargo Logistics for setting up a Multi-Skill Development Center in Bokadvira, Uran, near JNPA under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra to create a suitably skilled workforce and cater to the diverse requirement for the industry.

JNPA is also the first major port to start the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana at JNPA Hospital. This initiative will provide quality medicines to common masses at an affordable cost.
