1. The Port has constructed a township where Shopping Complex, Hospital, Officer’s Club, Staff Club, Multi-Purpose Hall (Auditorium), Sports ground, Schools (3 Nos.) and many more facilities are available for Port employees.  The township provides a lush green residential accommodation primarily to our Port employees and CISF personnel.   If vacant quarters are available, Custom employees and other stakeholders are also allotted quarters on monthly payment basis. Custom employees are given priority in allotment over other stakeholders.
2. Applicable monthly rental charges (w.e.f. 01 July 2024) are as follows:

For Government Agencies

A type (1 Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen) 45 Sqm = Rs. 6,270/- per month

B type (2 Bedrooms, Hall & Kitchen) 65 Sqm = Rs. 7,560/- per month

C  type (2 Larger Bedrooms, Hall & Kitchen) = Area : 95 sqm × Rs. 140/- = Rs. 13,300/- per month

D type = Area : 195 sqm × Rs. 140.00 = Rs. 27,300.00 per month

For Private Agencies  (only for stakeholders):

A type ( 1 Bedroom, Hall  & Kitchen) 45 sqm × Rs. 168/- = Rs. 7,560/-  per month

B type (2 Bedrooms, Hall & Kitchen) 65 sqm × Rs. 168/- = Rs. 10,920/- per month

C type (2 Larger Bedrooms, Hall & Kitchen) Area : 95 sqm × Rs. 168/- = Rs. 15,960/- per month    

D type= Area : 195 sqm × Rs. 168.00 = Rs. 32,760.00 per month
