Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority's (JNPA) significant initiative the Centralized Parking Plaza (CPP) facilitates the Ease of Doing at the port. CPP symbolizes JNPA's endeavours towards humanising convenience for truck drivers. Moreover, it also aims at upscaling the maritime business by digitizing the processes. There are many other distinguishing features of the CPP that showcases how meticulously business operations are managed by JNPA, they are –

- Consolidated parking facility for Tractor Trailers carrying factory stuffed undocumented export containers will help integrate document processing by Customs
- Facilities and amenities are provided at subsidized rates for truck drivers; these included a 50-bed dormitory, cafeteria, well-maintained toilets, specific area for vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Cost and time saving and environment friendly value added services such as Open Examination of Containers spread over 1.39 hectares and Buffer Yard Facility with a stacking capacity of 4500 TEU's parking capacity of CPP has changed from 2832 to 2137 tractor trailers.
- Fuel-saving initiatives such as plugging facility for 130 reefer containers is provided at CPP.
- A one-stop-solution for export containers is evident with implementation of Weigh-Bridges at eight entry gates, weighing cargo is imperative part of the cargo operation.
- Usage of Real Time Parking Management system has decongested traffic of container trucks on JNPA roads; terminals can now plan their tractor trailer movements in a better way.
- Automated processes at the plaza provided by CPP VISION X web application provides cashless transaction facility and real time Tracker Trailer location across the country.
- Outsourcing the plaza's operations to M/s. Divya CPP Pvt. Ltd for operation, management and maintenance is a thoughtful move.

Furthermore, installation of mobile Container Scanner for Export containers is underway and will be available for customers soon.
