8.1. LICENSE FEE FOR PASSENGER
LAUNCHES AND CARGO LIGHTERS: |
License Fees at the rate of Rs.200 per annum will be charged
for passenger launches/boats, mechanically propelled harbour
crafts, cargo lighters, mechanically propelled deep sea
trawlers, dump barges and other small crafts excluding
non-mechanically propelled fishing boats, plying within
the port limits of Jawaharlal Nehru Port, License will
be issued subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:
(i).The applicant should be in possession of a valid passenger
boat's survey certificate issued by the MMD under the
relevant provision of Indian Vessel Act.
(ii). The launches/boats must be manned as per statutory
requirement specified. |
8.2. WHARFAGE ON BUNKERING
